February Book Giveaway & a Question

CLstoragestyle
Hi everyone! Before I get to this month's book I have question.   Kim left a comment saying that she was having trouble getting my blog to load do to all the pictures and I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue? There are a few blogs that I can’t see at all unless I switch from AOL to Firefox.  Otherwise, I don’t have any problems seeing anyone’s blog (even people with the really huge photos). I have Broadband so I have no idea what it’s like for people with slower connections.  Could you let me know if you are having problems. I’m not really sure what I can do about it, but I’m open to suggestions. Thanks!
 StorageStyle
Now, for this month's book. I thought that since most of us were in a decluttering/organizing mood right now, that Country Living’s Storage Style book would be a good choice.

SSback
To enter all you have to do is leave a comment and I’ll announce the book winner on Saturday morning.  Everyone is welcome to enter.****Thanks everyone - this giveaway is now closed.

I know I always say this, but I truly appreciate everyone that takes the time to stop by my blog. Especially all of you who make the extra effort to leave a comment.  I know for myself, it’s so much easier and less time consuming  to just read a blog in my various readers and move on to the next one.  So thank you!

Have a great rest of the week. I’ll be working on my closet!

Hi Manuela! I love your blog, but am one of those who rarely comments. You have such creative ideas. I'm also in the decluttering mode and also trying to get ideas to change some things around the house. I love the Country Living book too. I've subscribed to the mag for many years (probably about 25 years) and still love it. Please enter me in the drawing. Thanks! :-)

I have to say I love your tray art! I have never seen trays like that but now I'm going to keep my eyes open a little more and see what I can find :-)

Please do enter me in your book giveaway. I could use some creative and chic ideas for storage as we have very little in our home!

Thank you for the beauty of your blog. I love to come here and peruse what you've been doing.

Hello Manuela!

I LOVE your new look, just beautiful! I have not had any trouble viewing your blog, it does take a little bit of time I think because of the photos. We have DSL (but slower than most people) and use Internet Explorer for a browser.

Thank you for hosting a perfect giveaway, I have been organizing and purging and then I will be on to a Home Management Binder (thanks for the tips and links!)

Have a wonderful evening!

I am not hving problems with your blog now, but I was a few months back. It seems to happen now and then with certain blogs and I have to delete them or go to IE to load them. Daisy Cottage was one, yours, Rhoda's, several others.

I would love that book!

The top picture is my favorite kitchen!! I can't tell you how many times I have brought that picture up on the Internet. Just gorgeous!

Your pictures always load fine for me. I bring up your blog at work and at home and do not experience problems. I am not sure what kind of system my work uses for the Internet but we use DSL at home.

Hi Manuela, I found your blog while "blog surfing" (a favorite activity of mine) and now it is one of my top favorites. I love your decorating style and your pictures rock! I am in the process of decluttering & organizing my house in order to get ready to sell it (and get a new fresh canvas to start with) and this book looks like it would to take up residence with me. Thanks for such a great blog.

Hello, I have had the "picture problem" with Daisy Cottage. My husband found that it would load if I used Internet Explorer. Only thing is I automatically use AOL and forget to visit the first blog I ever visited. Must try harder!! Have fun with your drawing. I love to follow your decorating, etc. adventures.

I could use a few organizing tips right about now! THANKS! ;)

Hi,

When I am using a connection via Verizon's air card the pages are very slow to load due to the pics. But if I'm in town using fast connection they load very quickly.

Love your blog! So many fabulous ideas! Thank you!

All of the pictures on your blog load just fine on my computer, but I think it's because I use Firefox. I definitely need to organize our bedroom. Clutter is not so romantic! Thanks for all the ideas and inspiring pictures.

Thankfully no problem at all seeing your blog..I have Fios cable service for my computer. It could be the person(s) having problems could have a computer issue and not a service provider issue. Perhaps if they emptied their computer cache and cleared out all computer cookies it would run faster and better?

I love the first photo! I'd love to have an old style farmhouse kitchen like that.

Please put my name in the draw..it would be a nice resource book to own!
Thanks!

I don't have any problems loading your blog, and I do have alot of computer problems at times.
Your blog is beautiful. What a great book giveaway!

Jenny said...

I'm not sure about the pictures but I think it has more to do with what kind of connection I have than yours. It is slower to load than some of the other blogs I read.

Also, it could have something to do with the size of the pictures you post?

I love anything country Living so I'd love to win the book! :)
